Night Before French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf French or Italian bread
    8 large eggs
    3 c. milk
    4 tsp. granulated sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Use extra butter to grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch flat casserole. Cut bread into 1-inch thick slices and arrange in one layer in bottom of pan.
