Creamed Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, peeled
1 small onion, peeled
4 green onions
1 clove garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
3 c. regular strength chicken broth
3/4 c. whipping cream
1 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
dash of nutmeg
Preparation

Cut potatoes into eighths. Cut onion into eighths.
Chop onions.
Add garlic and oleo.
Simmer for 20 minutes. Puree soup in food processor or blender. Add cream, milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg to soup.
