Scottish Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 lb. real butter
Preparation
    Knead the ingredients together as you would pie crust.
    When it forms a ball, divide it into 4 patties.
    Press into four 9-inch cake pans.
    Prick all over with a fork, both ways. Bake in a 275\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour or until a light delicate brown.
