Banana Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. flour
    1 c. ripe bananas, mashed
    1 c. raisins
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Cream sugar, margarine, eggs and sour cream.
    Then add 1 1/2 cups flour.
    Reserve 1/2 cup with the soda, then stir in bananas (mashed) and salt.
    Mix reserved flour with raisins, nuts and coconut.
    Mix in butter and pour in jelly roll tin or cookie sheet, greased.
    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Frost with powdered sugar frosting, flavored with maple flavoring.
