Crock Pot Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. round steak, cut in 1 inch pieces
    2 small onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 small cans of mushrooms soup, undiluted
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 bay leaf
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, distilled
    8 oz. regular - reduced fat or fat free cream cheese (room temperature)
Preparation
    Brown meat in frying pan.
    Put all ingredients into crock pot except cream cheese.
    Add cream cheese 10 minutes before serving, make sure it melts and stir into rest of mixture.
    Serve over noodles.
    Cook in crock pot on low for 7 to 9 hours. 2 lbs. of skinless boneless chicken breast cubed can be substituted.
