Mozzarella And Tomato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large tomatoes
    4 Tbsp. oil oil
    ground black pepper to taste
    10 oz. mozzarella cheese, thickly sliced
    8 leaves fresh basil, torn into strips
Preparation
    Slice tomatoes and arrange on plate.
    Trickle olive oil over tomatoes and sprinkle with black pepper.
    Lay slices of cheese over tomatoes and strip of basil over cheese.
    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
