Quick-As-A-Wink Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. baking mix
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/3 c. sugar (scant)
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in bowl.
    Add egg and water, mixing well.
    Drop by spoonfuls into well-greased muffin cups.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    May store batter, tightly covered, in refrigerator for 1 week.
