Chocolate Pixies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    4 1 oz. squares chocolate, melted or 12 Tbsp. cocoa and 4 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together.
    Combine oil, melted chocolate, and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time mixing well.
    Add vanilla and dry ingredients and blend thoroughly. Chill several hours or overnight. When ready to bake, roll dough into 1-inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 - 12 minutes at 350\u00b0.
