Crab Meat Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1 tsp. mustard
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 drops red pepper sauce
    1 c. rich milk
    1/2 tsp. cayenne
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well.
    Make into 8 patties and roll in cracker meal.
    Fry in deep hot fat until golden brown.
    Serve hot.
