Kelly'S Meat And Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef, deer, or sausage
1 large onion, chopped
1 med. bell pepper, chopped (hot pepper if you prefer)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
seasonings as you like-garlic powder, salt, pepper, etc.
Preparation

Brown meat and drain off excess fat. Add onion, pepper, seasonings, and then cover. Let steam on low heat for about 15 minutes. Add soups and continue to simmer covered for about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve over hot biscuits, toast, rice, or potatoes. I prefer to make mine in cast iron.
