14 Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. oil
2 c. grated carrots
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Add sugar, oil and eggs.
Mix well. Stir in carrots, pineapple and nuts; turn into three greased and floured 9-inch cake pans (or large flat glass pan).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
