Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. medium shrimp (peeled and deveined)
    1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
    1/4 c. celery (chopped)
    1/4 c. sweet relish
    1/2 tsp. horseradish
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    3 hard-boiled eggs (chopped)
    salt to taste
    noodles any kind (optional)
Preparation
    Boil shrimp until they turn pink about 8 minutes. Do Not over cook. Drain and rinse with cold water; drain again. Chop coarsely. Mix rest of ingredients together. Add shrimp and season to taste.
