Apple Chuckles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    firm red-skinned apples
    smooth peanut butter
    miniature marshmallows
    lemon juice
Preparation
    Slice apples vertically into 1/2-inch slices.
    Remove seed. Sprinkle on lemon juice to keep apples from turning brown.
    Spread 1/4-inch layer of peanut butter on one side of each slice.
    You will need two slices for each Chuckle.
    Nestle 4 marshmallows into peanut butter and a slice.
    Place another slice of apple, peanut butter side down, on top of the marshmallows.
    Press the two slices gently together.
