Macaroni And Cheese(For "Seniors") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. uncooked macaroni
    1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. American cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in salted water until tender; drain off water. Combine melted margarine and flour over low heat.
    Heat milk in a large saucepan. Add the fat/flour mixture.
    Stir thoroughly until blended. Add the macaroni; simmer until mixture begins to thicken. Add shredded cheeses and salt. Simmer until cheeses melt.
    Makes 3 to 4 servings.
