Vegetable Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. finely chopped onions
    3/4 c. shredded carrots
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    1/4 c. shredded seeded cucumbers
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
    Place vegetables in a small colander or strainer; drain well. Beat together cream cheese and lemon juice until smooth.
    Stir in vegetables and pepper.
    Makes 2 cups.
    Serve with chips or crackers.
