Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1/3 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    5 1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 3/4 c. milk
    1 can tuna
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Brown onion and green pepper in the butter.
    Add salt and flour and blend thoroughly.
    Add soup and a little milk to make a smooth paste.
    Add rest of milk.
    Continue stirring until smooth sauce.
    Take off heat and add tuna fish and lemon juice.
    Pour into an 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
