Cheese Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 oz. Parmesan cheese, finely ground
    2 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. heavy cream
    3/4 lb. boiled potatoes
    pinch of salt
    pinch of black pepper
    pinch of white pepper
    large pinch finely chopped parsley
    2 egg yolks
Preparation
    Boil the potatoes; drain and keep hot.
    Whip the egg yolks with the cream and mix the potatoes, cheese and various seasonings.
    Beat the egg whites and fold them into the mixture. Drop one tablespoon at a time into a deep fat fryer and fry until golden brown and crispy.
