Uncooked Cranberry Apple Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large orange, quartered and seeded
    4 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
    1 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 large apple, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Put orange and cranberries through coarse chopper.
    Use blender and do a quarter of mixture at a time.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, cover and chill.
    Makes 1 1/2 quarts.
