Punch Bowl Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix
    1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 can cherry pie filling
    1 large carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Bake cake according to directions.
    Cool and crumble.
    Prepare pudding mix as directed on package.
    Layer 1/2 of cake crumbs and 1/2 of pineapple, pie filling, whipped topping and nuts in bowl. Repeat for second layer.
