Mrs. Ostrand'S Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower, cut in flowerets (about 3 1/2 c.)
    1 bunch broccoli, cut in flowerets (about 3 1/2 c.)
    2 medium zucchini, cut into slices (3 1/2 c.)
    bell peppers (red or green), julienned
    1 lb. mushrooms (whole or sliced)
    1 (6 oz.) can pitted olives
    1 c. rice vinegar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix marinade and pour over vegetables in large bowl; let it sit overnight in refrigerator.
    Stir or shake occasionally. Arrange on platter.
    Serve with toothpicks.
