Country Fried Grilled Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large white potatoes
    1 stick margarine
    1 small onion
    2 jalapeno peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in half; slice approximately 1/4-inch thick, leaving skin on.
    Cut margarine in slices; place half on bottom of an 8 x 10-inch aluminum pan.
    Spread potatoes out.
    Sprinkle with onion and peppers; place rest of margarine over it.
    Cover with tinfoil and place on grill.
    Occasionally remove foil and gently roll potatoes over until slightly brown.
