Quesadillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
    Monterey Jack cheese
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. sour cream
    hot sauce
    tomatoes
    lettuce
    Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cut flour tortillas into fourths.
    Lay 1/2 on cookie sheet. Place Monterey Jack cheese, onion, sour cream and hot sauce on each quartered flour tortillas.
    Place other 1/2 of quartered tortillas on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Top with tomatoes, lettuce and shredded cheese.
