Dijon-Cream Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 beef tenderloin roast (about 1 1/2 to 2 lb.)
salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. white peppercorns
1 1/2 Tbsp. black peppercorns
3 Tbsp. mustard seed
Dijon-Cream Sauce (recipe follows)
Preparation

Combine oil and vinegar in a cup; rub onto beef.
Season generously with salt.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Coarsely crush peppercorns and mustard seed in a blender or food processor or by hand with a mortar and pestle.
Roll beef in crushed mixture, pressing into the surface to coat.
