Noodle Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. stew meat, cut into bite-size pieces
    butter for frying
    seasoned salt
    pepper
    fresh mushrooms or can
    1/2 c. onions, diced
    green pepper, diced
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    milk
    1 pkg. egg noodles (20 oz.)
Preparation
    Stew meat trimmed into bite-size pieces.
    Brown in butter. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper.
    Add fresh or canned mushrooms.
    Add onions, green pepper; stir and simmer until tender.
    Add soup; stir until thickened.
    Add milk to consistency you desire.
    Boil egg noodles which can be done as meat cooks. Add meat mixture on top of noodles and serve.
