Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large chicken breasts or whole chicken
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. herb stuffing
    2 c. chicken broth
    salt and black pepper (dash)
Preparation
    Cook chicken tender.
    Reserve 2 cups broth.
    Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
    Saute celery and onion in melted margarine.
    Add stuffing mix to celery mixture.
    Spread 1/2 of stuffing mixture in bottom of greased, large and shallow baking dish.
    Combine chicken with soups and broth.
    Pour over stuffing mix.
    Top with remaining stuffing mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serves 12.
