Jalapeno Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes
1/2 c. oleo
3 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1 small jar pimentos
1 (8 oz.) roll garlic cheese
1 (8 oz.) roll jalapeno cheese
Preparation

Peel and cut potatoes in round slices in large baking dish. In saucepan, melt oleo.
Add flour and milk.
Cook on low heat until thick.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add bell pepper, pimentos and cheese to sauce.
Let cheese melt.
Pour mixture over potatoes and bake 40 to 45 minutes at 300\u00b0.
