Apple Cake(Moist) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced apples
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix diced apples and sugar together (set aside).
    Sift dry ingredients together (set aside).
    Add beaten eggs to apple mixture.
    Add oil and vanilla; add flour mixture to apple mixture. Add nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Keep refrigerated after baking.
