Banana Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. brandy
    2 ripe bananas
    1 pint vanilla ice cream
    4 crepes
Preparation
    Combine butter, brown sugar and brandy in a 2 c. glass measure.
    Microwave at HIGH power for 1 1/2 minutes until butter melts and sugar dissolves and bubbles.
    Add quartered bananas and cook covered with wax paper for 2 minutes.
    Put crepes in oven to warm - 1 minute on HIGH.
    Put 2 scoops of ice cream in each crepe. Fold over placing seam side down.
    Pour sauce over crepes and top with whipped cream and slivered almonds.
