Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cut in 6 to 8 pieces
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 1/2 tsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1/3 c. white wine
1 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
salt and pepper
Preparation

Place onions and oil in pan over medium heat.
Saute until translucent.
Add chicken, garlic and rosemary.
Brown.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add wine and simmer until reduced by half. Add tomatoes.
Cover pan and simmer over low heat.
Cook about 40 minutes until chicken is tender.
