Mince Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 1/2 lb. pears after cored, do not peel
    1 orange
    1 apple
    1 lemon
    1 lb. box seedless raisins
    1 c. grape juice
    1 c. vinegar
    6 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cloves
    1 Tbsp. allspice
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Remove seeds from fruit.
    Do not peel.
    Grind together all fruits and raisins.
    Mix with other ingredients and boil for 2 hours over low heat.
    Will be thick and dry when done.
    Sterile jars will make 9 pints.
