Cheesy Hamburg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. macaroni, uncooked
1 lb. hamburg
1 small onion, chopped
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
Preparation

Cook macaroni until slightly tender.
Drain and set aside. Brown hamburg and onions in skillet.
Add tomatoes and simmer 10 minutes.
Oil a 2-quart casserole dish and spoon in 1/3 of meat mixture.
Add cooked macaroni, then the remainder of meat mixture.
Spread cheese soup over all (may be frozen unbaked). Cover the casserole tightly and bake at 400\u00b0 until bubbly.
Makes 8 servings.
