Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, separated
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 lemon rind and juice
    1 c. milk
    1 pie crust (unbaked)
Preparation
    Beat together the flour, butter, sugar, egg yolks, salt, lemon rind and juice. Add the milk; fold in the egg whites whipped stiff. Pour into a deep pie plate lined with crust 1/4 inch thick. Bake 10 minutes in hot oven at 425\u00b0, then reduce the heat to 375\u00b0 and continue baking 30 minutes.
