Chicken Lasagna Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
    3/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) whole boneless chicken breast, cooked and chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    10 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
    3 c. spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    In bowl, stir eggs, cheese, 1/2 cup parsley, chicken, salt, basil and pepper.
    Spread about 1/3 cup cheese mixture on each lasagna noodle.
    Roll up jelly roll fashion.
    Cut each roll in half edgewise.
    Arrange in single layer in baking dish; spoon sauce over roll-ups.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Sprinkle with remaining parsley.
    Serves 8.
