Parmesan Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small yellow squash
    1 small onion
    1 small red bell pepper
    1/2 lb. small green beans
    Vegetable cooking spray
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
    Slice squash and onion.
    Cut bell pepper into 1-inch pieces. Combine all vegetable in a large bowl.
    Coat with vegetable cooking spray and toss gently.
    Stir fry until tender.
    Sprinkle with cheese, salt & pepper.
