Mandarin Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. boiling water
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
6 oz. can orange juice, thawed
15 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
11 oz. can Mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in water.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan or a mold.
Chill until set.
