Barbecued Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. celery salt
    1/2 Tbsp. ground mustard
    4 lb. ribs
Preparation
    Place butter in saucepan.
    Add onion, green pepper and celery. Let simmer for a few seconds.
    Add remaining ingredients, except ribs.
    Cook 10 to 12 minutes.
    Brown ribs.
    Pour sauce over ribs. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
