Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. cayenne
1 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine softened cream cheese and Cheddar cheese until well blended.
Add pimiento, green pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and cayenne; mix well.
Chill.
Shape into small balls.
Roll in pecans.
May be served with crackers.
