Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat
1/4 lb. sausage
1 large onion, diced
8 crackers, crushed
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. tomato juice
Preparation

Combine ingredients as listed and shape into 2 small loaves in a baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes or until loaves begin to brown.
Then pour tomato sauce over top of loaves and return to oven.
Bake until done and sauce thickens (about 30 minutes).
