Barbecue "Meat Balls" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. frozen tofu, thawed
3 to 4 Tbsp. oil
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. crushed crackers
2 small to medium onions
dash of celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
4 eggs or equivalent
1/3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Freeze tofu overnight and then let thaw.
Crumble and then marinate for 2 to 3 hours in the refrigerator.
Squeeze through cheesecloth or strainer.
Add remaining ingredients.
Form into balls and place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, until well browned.
Place in baking dish and cover with sauce.
Heat thoroughly before serving.
