Chocolate Marshmallow Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 stick butter
    1 c. marshmallow cream
Preparation
    Cook sugar and milk to a soft ball stage.
    Add chocolate chips, marshmallow cream and butter.
    Stir until melted and thoroughly blended.
    Cool and spread on cake.
