Ingredients

1 egg white
2 tsp. white syrup
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1/3 c. boiling water
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

In a double boiler, combine all ingredients.
While cooking, beat with hand whip or electric mixer for seven minutes.
Remove from heat and spread on cake.
