Pork Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 lb. meat
    3/4 Tbsp. red pepper
    2 Tbsp. black pepper
    4 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sage
Preparation
    Peel the apples and cut in thin slices or 8ths.
    Spread out on a clean white cloth and place in sun a few days.
    Be sure to cover with a screen or very thin cloth to keep out flies.
    They can be dried in a hot attic, a sunny window or in the oven, very low. The slices will darken and get wrinkled when completely dry. Store in cloth bags.
