Far East Celery - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. celery, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and thinly sliced
    1/4 c. pimento, diced
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    slivered almonds (optional)
Preparation
    Cook celery in boiling water about 8 minutes until crisp. Drain.
    Mix celery with chestnuts, soup and pimento.
    Turn into a 1-quart casserole.
    Toss bread crumbs, almonds and melted margarine together; spread over celery.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until hot.
    Serves 6 people.
