Chicken Sauce Piquante - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 lb. chicken, cut in pieces
    cooking oil
    2 small onions, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    2 buds garlic, minced
    1 rib celery, chopped
    1 can tomato sauce
    1/2 lb. smoked pork sausage, cut into 2-inch lengths
    salt, red pepper and black pepper
    water to cover chicken
Preparation
    Fry pieces of chicken in oil until brown.
    Remove chicken from pot.
    Add onions, bell pepper, garlic and celery to oil and cook until transparent.
    Add other ingredients.
    Add water.
    Add seasonings (red pepper makes it piquante).
    Cook over medium heat until tender.
    Will take from 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Serve with rice.
