Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked chicken, cut into small pieces
2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/4 c. chopped olives
1 c. grated American cheese
1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Combine chicken, celery, almonds, olives and 1/2 of cheese. Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion, salt and pepper.
Mix all these together.
Pour into greased casserole.
Mix chips and remaining cheese; sprinkle on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
