Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 can solid pumpkin
1 c. cooking oil
2/3 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Mix together the first 5 ingredients.
In a separate bowl, mix the remaining ingredients.
Combine the 2 mixtures and mix well until smooth.
Add 1 cup of nuts.
Pour into three 1-pound greased coffee cans (fill cans halfway).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
