Chicken Breasts Ala Bolognese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1/4 c. flour
    salt and pepper
    parsley and garlic salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. chicken stock
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    8 slices Prosciutto
    8 slices Provolone cheese
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut chicken breasts in half and pound lightly.
    Mix flour, salt, pepper and parsley.
    Dredge chicken into seasoned flour. Heat olive oil and butter.
    Add chicken; saute quickly to a golden brown.
    Lightly sprinkle with garlic salt.
    Remove from heat and layer with Prosciutto and cheese slices.
    Sprinkle grated cheese and pour chicken stock into skillet.
    Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
