Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Mexicorn
    1/2 bell pepper
    1 medium size onion
    1 tomato
    salt and pepper
    mayonnaise
    1 small jar pimentos, drained
Preparation
    Drain the Mexicorn. Add chopped bell pepper, chopped onion, chopped tomato, small jar drained pimentos, few tablespoons mayonnaise, dash of salt and plenty of pepper.
    Great for picnics or anytime you want something quick.
