Aztec Calender - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small jar picante sauce
    1 (1 1/2 oz.) envelope taco seasoning
    4 avocados
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (4 oz.) can green chili
    1/2 c. green onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 lb. Monterey Jack
    1 can ripe olives
    1 large tomato
    chili powder
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Assemble in the following 5 layers on a large round plate: Mix beans, taco seasoning and picante sauce. Spread on plate for first layer. Mash avocados with sour cream, lemon juice and garlic salt. Spread over bean mixture on plate. Add green chili and onions. Sprinkle grated cheese over top. Decorate with olives, tomatoes and parsley. Sprinkle with chili powder. Add fresh parsley. Can be made a day ahead of time. Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate. Serve with tortilla chips.
