Oil Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 to 4 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Combine flour and salt; add oil, stirring until mixture resembles coarse meal.
    Sprinkle with water (1 tablespoon at a time), stirring quickly.
    Gather into ball.
    Roll dough into 1/8-inch thickness on lightly floured surface.
    Place in 9-inch pie plate.
    Makes 1 pie crust.
